Safety at work
According to the requierements of the professional organisation and the Occupational Safety Act, all our employees are familiar with the valid instructions.
Since we are concerned particularly about our employee's health, continuous medical examinations relating to work at height, respiratory protection, hazardous materials etc. are mandadory.
Our employees are trained, among other things, the following aspects:
- Instructions acc. to Employment Protection Act § 12, "safety at work"
- General instructions § BGV A1 and BGV A4
- Abseiling training, rescue from the ladder climbing protection system, personal protective equipment (PPE)
- First Aid Training
- Fire Protection, use of fire extinguishers
- Log out – Tag out (LOTO), Confined Space
Our employees absolve additionally an abseiling training from our man lift AEROCLIMB and participate in hight rescue trainings at the GE Wind Energy in Salzbergen, Germany (self- and colleagues-rescue from a tower segment of a wind turbine). Furthermore our employees complete a course in "Operation and safety rules for working with GE Wind Turbines" in the training base of the GE Wind Energy GmbH.
The review of the personal protective equipment (PPE) acc. to BGG 906 is accomplished by our internal authorised expert.
In doing so we meet the minimum requirements of the professional organisation and the minimum health standards of the EEC.
