  • Development, design and manufacture of a sulfuric hydrochloric acid-resistant FRP machine housing for a filter press on behalf of the Larox GmbH.
  • Construction, maintenance, and modification of rotor blades of more than 100 wind turbines in Germany, France, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark.
  • Repair of a diesel train of the Talent 643/644 series of the Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB) in Vienna / Austria on behalf of the ÖBB.

2007

  • Repair of a 40 m in length rotor blade at the Blade Test Center Aalborg A/S, Denmark.

  • Repair of an lightning damaged mounted rotor blade on a 3.2 MW wind energy plant in Dunkirk, France.
  • Training of employees of the Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB) in the areas of repair and processing of fiber reinforced plastics to diesel trains of the type Talent 643/644 series on behalf of Bombardier Transportation GmbH.
  • Training of employees of the Dutch General Electric rotor blade services in the areas of rotor blade repair and processing of fiber reinforced plastics in Almelo, Netherlands.
  • Grant EC type-examination and GS certificate for the work platform "Aeroclimb" by the Technical Committee for building inspection and certification in the BG-PRÜFZERT.

  • Imspection of rotor blades in three wind farms in Portugal.
  • Production of a second "EM-Bird" on behalf of the Alfred Wegener Institute for Polar and Marine Research (AWI).
  • Recognition by the LBA as a maintenance operation company according to (EG) Regulation No. 2042/2003 for the maintenance of gliders, motor gliders and components in FRP construction in all civil aircraft in Europe. Approval number DE.145.0272.
  • Repair of a test blade with a length of 50 m in the Dutch test center for wind turbine blades (WMC).

2003

  • Repair of a diesel train of the Talent 643/644 series of the Hungarian State Railways (MÁV) in Budapest/Hungary on behalf of Bombardier Transportation GmbH.
  • Repair of 30 rotorblades of the 1.5 MW class in Pensacola (Florida), USA.
  • Development, design and manufacture of a FRP-Spare Wheel Box for retrofitting in business travel aircraft of the Bombardier Challenger CL 604.
  • Development, design, manufacture and testing of a prototype of the self-climbing rope-supported work platform "Aeroclimb" for the repair of rotor blades of wind turbine types TW / EW / GE 1.5 MW with mounted rotor.
  • Production of carbon fiber skirts for crash tests in the resin injection process on behalf of the Institute of Plastics Processing at RWTH Aachen.

2002

  • Modification of a second Bombardier BD 700 Global Express in behave of the Japanese aviation authorities for the calibration of instrument landing systems at airports in cooperation with the Aero Data Systems GmbH.
  • Development, design and manufacture of heatable production molds for shear webs of rotor blades for the 1.5 MW class.
  • Modification of a twin-engine transport aircraft Bombardier BD 700 Global Express of the Japanese aviation authorities for the calibration of instrument landing systems at airports in cooperation with the Aerospace Data Systems GmbH.

2001

  • Repair of a diesel train of the Talent 643/644 series on behalf of Bombardier Transportation GmbH.
  • Development, design and manufacture of a sulfuric hydrochloric acid-resistant FRP housing for a filter press for the extraction of platinum in a Siberian deposit on behalf of Outokumpu GmbH.
  • Development, design, manufacture and installation of a new fin tip for installation of a satellite phone antenna in business-type aircraft, Bombardier Challenger CL604.
  • Recognition as a JAR 145 maintenance organization for the maintenance of gliders, motor gliders and components in FRP construction in all civil aircraft in Europe.

2000

  • Research in the context of a transfer project with the Institute for Plastics Processing (IKV), the Institute for Lightweight Structures (IFL), the Laboratory for Machine Tools and Production Engineering (WZL) and the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology at the RWTH Aachen. Aeroconcept did the production of high modulus carbon fiber prototype of a pivot scissors for the production of transformer core laminations.
  • Moving to the new building at the airfield Aachen-Merzbrück.

1999

  • For a scientific project on ice thickness measurements in the polar regions, a drag probe (EM-Bird) for the Alfred Wegener Institute for Polar and Marine Research has been developed, using an aramid fiber hybrid composite structure.
  • Construction of the new company building at the airfield Aachen-Merzbrück.
  • 1996

    • Development and manufacturing of FRP support arms for painting robots for electrostatic paint finish for Daimler-Chrysler and Audi coating factories.
    • Repair of the rotor blades of a prototype of TW 1.5 Wind Turbine in Emden on behalf of the Tacke Wind GmbH.

    1994

    • Recognition as an aeronautical maintenance organization by the Luftfahrt-Bundesamt. Our activities are: Design, manufacture, maintenance and sales of fiber-composite plastic (FRP) structures.
    • Founded by the present managing directors Thomas Schäfer and Carsten Weber.
